8' 9" x 10’ 5” A rare room size Kerman Lavar circa the 1850s. The field is in cream color with designs of vines and flowers throughout in black and red colors. A beautiful central medallion in black color with the design of vines and flowers in dark red and cream colors. Five borders with wonderful designs and colors including black, red, and cream with designs of vines and flowers running through each border. The weaver's signature is woven into the top border of the rug. Truly a masterpiece of Persian 19th-century weaving.
