8’ 11” x 11’ 8” This Chinese Peking rug is from the late 19th century. It has a beautiful natural straw/gray color in the field framed by two shades of blue(Navy and French blues) in the border. This beautiful simple and serene design in this Chinese Peking rug consists of a single flower vase in the center of the field with a vine design of leaves and flowers that add to the calm and peaceful nature of this rug. The Chinese Peking rugs have become very desirable because of their beautiful simple design and color combination.
