Description
6’ 6” x 9’ 9” A Turkish Oushak room size rug from the 1st quarter of the 1900s. The rug is in a pale blue/green color field. There is a central medallion in pale pink and white. Corner spandrels are in cream color with a pale blue design inside. The border is in pale pink color with designs in blue, green, yellow, and other colors. The rug has a coarse weave like other Oushak rugs and has an open field design with larger forms throughout.
