Every rug in our collection is unique, and we're happy to provide additional photographs, videos, measurements, condition information, or answer any questions before you purchase. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for any item purchased from The Persian Knot Gallery. To initiate a return, email us at info@thepersianknot.com within 15 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
Item Condition
The rug may be carefully unrolled and inspected for suitability, but must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must not be subjected to use, foot traffic, furniture, pets, cleaning, alterations, or damage. Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be professionally packed and fully insured. We recommend using the same level of packing and insurance used for the original shipment. The Persian Knot Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items. This fee reflects the inspection, cleaning, assessment, handling, and reprocessing required for each unique piece.
Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, including shipping charges included in the purchase price.
Exchanges
We are happy to work with you on an exchange. Because every piece in our collection is one of a kind, if a rug isn't quite right, we'll do our best to help you find another piece that is a better fit. When a return is made as part of an exchange for another rug, the restocking fee will be waived. Any difference in purchase price will be charged or refunded as applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
