We are committed to the earth's environment and its sustainability. Since return shipping adds to our collective climate impact, we do everything we can to minimize the need for returns. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing — ask for additional photos, videos, measurements, or any questions you may have. Our goal is that when your rug arrives, you are completely delighted with it. This does not in any way affect your rights to return items under our policy — but a little conversation upfront can go a long way toward helping the planet.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item purchased from The Persian Knot Gallery. To initiate a return, email us at info@thepersianknot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
Item Condition The returned item must be in its original condition — clean, undamaged, and unaltered — exactly as it was delivered. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend fully insured shipping via UPS for all returns. The Persian Knot Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Restocking Fee A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee reflects the careful inspection, cleaning assessment, and reprocessing required for each piece.
Refund Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund minus the 25% restocking fee will be issued within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We are happy to work with you on exchanges. Every piece in our collection is one of a kind, so if something isn't quite right, contact us and we will do our best to find you the perfect piece.
