Late 19th Century Turkish Oushak room size rug in an open field pattern in brilliant colors of red, turquoise, and yellow. The center of this beautiful Oushak is completely open and is in red. The corner spandrels have palmate and arabesque design and are in ivory, yellow, and red. The rug has a wonderful major border in turquoise with designs in ivory, yellow and red. Truly a magnificent handwoven creation from the 19th century.
