Description
6’ 6” x 9’ 7” A fine Tabriz floral pattern room size rug in a rust-red field color and light brown or caramel border. The rug was woven in the 4th quarter of the 1900s but has never been used so it is considered “new”. It was hand woven in one of the finest workshops in Tabriz in NW Persia. It has a unique and beautiful color combination in the field and the border. The spandrels stand out in baby blue and French blue colors. The rug has a number of other colors including red, green, and blue throughout the design.
