Late 19th Century Heriz Serapi Room Size Rug in a highly desirable "near square" size in pale yellow and green colors.  This beautiful and colorful rug is a special example of its kind, featuring a highly sought-after pale yellow/ivory field color, which is exceptionally rare in Heriz Serapi weaving. The uncluttered open field design allows the intricate patterns and brilliant colors to truly shine, adding to the majesty of the piece.

At the heart of the rug, a wonderful green central medallion and matching corner spandrels create a captivating focal point. This striking combination of the luminous pale yellow/ivory field with the vibrant green medallion and spandrels adds to the unique beauty of the rug.
