An exquisite late 19th-century French Aubusson needlepoint carpet, handwoven with exceptional artistry and detail. This antique masterpiece features a refined floral motif, showcasing large blossoms and foliage in elegant shades of pink, red, green, brown, and gray. The soft ivory-to-beige field provides a delicate backdrop for the composition, drawing the eye to a central oval medallion with a light blue ground and surrounding floral ornamentation. A harmonious green border frames the piece, enhancing its visual depth and sophistication.
