10’ 4” x 16’ 8” Beautiful vintage Persian Bakhtiari oversize rug in a vase panel pattern from the 2nd quarter of the 1900s in red, burgundy, ivory, navy and green colors. The design shows a number of panels of various flower vase pattern formats. The design includes flowers, branches, and trees in a garden setting. The range of colors resulting from the use of natural vegetable dyes results in a beautiful palate of wonderful colors including green, blue, yellow, and red. brown, and pink. The rug has one of the most beautiful borders of any vintage tribal rug.
