Vintage American rag area rug from the early 1900s in a multicolor stripe pattern.  Simple but beautiful design (a Amish and Shaker concept) of using old clothing material to make a useful and practical item for home use. The colors include blue, brown, green, pink, red, ochre, purple, yellow, and variations on those colors!  Fantastically modern and beautiful that can be the foundation piece of any interior design plan.  Ideal rug for mid-century modern or cottage or country interior design plans.  This item can be resized and custom finished including serge the sides and bind the ends if desired.
