Description

This vintage Persian Kerman rug, hand-knotted in the 2nd quarter of the 1900s, showcases the refined elegance for which Kerman weavings are renowned. Its open cream field is anchored by an elongated central medallion and surrounded by a wide, delicately rendered floral border in sky blue and soft pink. Accents of pale blue, green, red, and brown enliven the palette, while the plush, full pile gives the piece warmth, depth, and exceptional tactile richness.
