Late 19th century Persian Ziegler Mahal Sultanabad room size rug in an allover pattern. This magnificent rug features a refined all-over pattern of grand geometric and stylized floral motifs that create a beautifully balanced and harmonious composition. The intricate design is set against a rich and elegant navy field, which provides a powerful and sophisticated backdrop. The entire composition is masterfully framed by a wide and luminous ivory border, creating a striking contrast. Delicate French blue accents are thoughtfully woven throughout the design, adding a layer of subtle color and detail.

Handwoven with the finest quality wool and dyed with natural vegetable dyes, this rug boasts a luxurious texture and a palette of colors that will only deepen and mature with time.
