9’ 8” x 12’ 8” 19th century room size Indian Amritsar from Northern India with an open pattern ivory color field with accent design colors lime green and pink. The beautiful vintage rug has a central medallion with soft colors of line green and pink in the medallion and the palmette border. 19th Century rugs from Amritsar and Agra located in Northern India follow the tradition of fine handwoven rugs made during the Mughal period of 15th and 16th centuries following the traditions and technique brought by the Mughal rulers from Persia.
