Vintage Persian Bakhtiari tribal area rug, meticulously hand-knotted in the 1st half of the 1900s in Western Persia. This beautiful rug features a classic medallion pattern, anchored by a striking white central medallion adorned with its own intricate and colorful designs. The medallion is dramatically set against a rich navy blue color field, providing a sophisticated backdrop. The corners of the field are punctuated by warm rust red spandrels, adding depth and visual interest.  The entire composition is elegantly framed by a crisp white color border, creating a harmonious and striking contrast with the blue field.

 Bakhtiari rugs are renowned for their captivating designs and the brilliant, saturated colors achieved through the traditional use of natural organic dyes, making each piece a unique testament to tribal craftsmanship.
