3’ 9” x 6’ 6” Vintage Karabagh area rug from the Armenian village weavers of the Caucasus mountains has a wonderful allover pattern in brown, royal blue, red, green, and yellow. It has a wonderful abrash brown/black field color which sets up beautifully the design of small flower heads in red, yellow, and green and variations of those colors resulting from the use of organic vegetable dyes which develop into various shades overtime. The border is a gorgeous abrash royal blue. Truly a small gem from the Caucasus mountains.
