12’ 10” x 16’ 2” The extremely rare palace size Walter Nichols Art Deco Chinese rug in a tan or camelhair color background with floral patterns in pink, blue, red, and lavender. The rug is from the 1st quarter of the 20th century and is around 100 years old and is in great condition. Especially unique about this rug is the wide width which makes this closer to a highly desired and rare square size. The use of the camelhair color in the field and the large design forms and variety of bright colors in the border make a truly beautiful combination. Truly a masterpiece in color and design.
