An exquisite early 20th century Persian Isfahan area rug, hand-knotted in a rare pictorial “vase” design. The deep navy field beautifully frames a central vase motif, overflowing with finely detailed floral bouquets in shades of pink, red, green, and blue. A small yet striking work of art, this piece exemplifies the artistry of Isfahan weavers and may be enjoyed either as a decorative floor covering or displayed as a tapestry wall hanging.
