8’ 4” x 11’ 6” Vintage hand knotted Persian Isfahan room size rug from the mid 1900s. The beautiful hand-knotted rug is very finely woven and has a floral pattern set on a red color field with a central medallion in ivory and blue colors. It has a Persian blue color border with a floral pattern in ivory, red, navy. The pattern of this rug is known as the classic Shah Abbas large format “Leaf and Sickle” design with scrolling vines and leaves.
