8’ 11“ x 12’ 6” One of the most magnificent Persian Mahal Sultanabad rugs in our collection from the early 1900s. The rug is in a large-scale all-over design pattern with geometric forms connected via scrolling lines. The rug has a rust-red field color with designs in brilliant colors including navy blue, turquoise blue, green, red, pink, and yellow. The border is in navy blue color with geometric designs connected via scrolling lines and branches throughout. The rug is in excellent condition with a full pile.
