Tabriz Mahi 1238

An antique Tabriz Mahi from the first quarter of the 20th century. The field design of Herati allover design includes colors of cream, blue, rust.  The border is a navy blue color.  In tradition Mahi design of radiating out diamond forms in Herati design with very rich vegetable dyes that add to the richness and beauty of the rug.
