7’ x 11’ 1” Beautiful application of fine modern design combined with a wonderful combination of colors are showcased in this room size vintage hand woven Turkish kilim from the 3rd quarter of the 1900s . The Turkish kilim design consists of two large medallions set in a rich chocolate color field. The accent colors in the medallion and the border include brown, pale green, yellow, and pink. The bold design and the use of abrash colors (natural variation in colors resulting from the use of organic and vegetable dyes in coloring the wool). Application of accent colors of pale green, yellow, pink and blue throughout completes this artistically created rug.
