Turkish Prayer Rug 1917

1’ 6” x 3’ 1”      A beautiful Anatolian village rug in a prayer rug design in vibrant colors including yellow, red, purple from the mid 1900s .  The rug has a central medallion in a wonderful yellow color with designs in red set on a bright red background.  The corner spandrels are in purple with small designs in red and yellow.   It is a smaller size rug and could have been woven to be used as a prayer rug.  It is a great accent rug or could be used as a wall art.
