Vintage Southwestern Texcoco flat woven kilim area rug circa the early 20th century.   The beautiful Texcoco blanket kilim was flat woven in northern Mexico state of Coahuila and has a beautiful signature “royal blue” background color with designs in brown, black, ivory and tan. The hand woven rug has the figure of a deity sitting and holding a cup.  It would be wonderful as an area rug or as a wall tapestry.
