10’ 8” x 12’ 8” Room Size Bessarabian Turkish kilim in beautiful bright colors and design from the first half of the 1900s. The Kilim has a brilliant red color in the field and has the design of 5 bouquets of flowers one in the center and the other four in the four corners. A beautiful black border with a flower design. The Bessarabian kilims are renowned for the use of vibrant colors. The overall design and color implementation in Bessarabian rugs and kilims often resemble French Aubusson rugs of the 1800s. This item can be resized and custom finished including serge the sides and bind the ends if desired.
