Beautiful Bidjar(Bijar) Halavi rug from the late 1800s.  The Bidjar has an Ivory field with a navy blue diamond-shaped medallion with light blue anchor pendants. It has a red subfield. The design is an uninterrupted Herati pattern in green, tan, blue, brown, and ivory throughout. It has a navy blue main border with a turtle motif. It has an exterior border with unusual red and ivory geometric designs.
