9’ 6“’ x 15’ 3”    Beautiful oversized Persian Bidjar  rug is a great example of the art of Persian rug weaving from the last quarter of the 1800s. The Bidjar (Bijar) rug is a very unique and extremely desirable “Herati pattern” field in an abrash antique French blue background color.  The design accent colors include pink, blue, green, and cream colors.  There is a large hexagonal design in rust red and a central medallion in cream and blue colors with scrolling lines.  The border is in rust-red color.  Truly a great combination of colors, design, and the very finest workmanship.
