14' x 17’ 6”  Breathtakingly beautiful! 19th century hand knotted Persian Kerman Lavar in a Tree of Life Pattern in French Blue, Ivory and burgundy colors. An allover tree of life pattern is set in an abrash royal blue color background with floral designs in ivory, and burgundy colors. What makes this rug very unique and highly desirable among Kerman Lavar rugs is its dimensions. It is the very rare and highly desirable “near square” size with a 14 ft width. There are multiple borders with wonderful design in ivory and burgundy colors. The rug includes the cartouche of the weavers signature near one end. Truly a masterpiece of Persian 19th-century weaving.
