6′ 7″ x 9' 9" A beautiful vintage Turkish Oushak rug in an all over geometric pattern in abrash green/blue from the 4th quarter of the 1900s. The Oushak rug has an allover pattern of large forms set in an abrash ( beautiful natural variations in colors resulting from the use of organic vegetable dyes) green and blue colors. The rug has the design of antique rugs from northwestern Persia. It was woven in Eastern Turkey close to the Azerbaijan province of NW Persia and on the border to the Caucasus region.
