Description

An exceptional vintage Persian Tabriz rug, room-sized and woven in the second quarter of the 20th century, featuring a rare and highly sought-after allover geometric Caucasian Kuba pattern. This exquisite piece showcases a deep navy blue field offset by a rich dark red border, drawing inspiration from 19th-century Kuba and Shirvan tribal rugs in the stylized “Afshan” motif—characterized by angular floral and dragon-like forms.

Vibrant accents in green, sky blue, soft pink, golden yellow, and crimson red lend visual depth and a dynamic character to the overall composition. Its intricate geometric structure and bold color palette make it an ideal focal point for curated interiors, whether classic or contemporary.

Well-preserved and structurally sound, this rug is an excellent collector’s item and a rare design match to SKUs 2245, 1858, 1260, and 1261—pieces rarely found with such cohesive aesthetic integrity.
