Description
2’ 10” x 14’ 8” A vintage Turkish Central Anatolian Yahyali tribal runner has a geometric design with a series of four medallions in a row. The primary field color is red which is a great combination with the medallions in light yellow and cream colors. The Turkish village and tribal rug use wool for both the pile and the foundation of the rug which makes them very strong and durable. In addition, the use of organic natural vegetable dyes brings out beautiful colors which overtime age gracefully and develop wonderful hues.
