8’ 7” x 12’       The antique room-size Heriz rug with Serapi design and colors from NW Persia from the early 20th century.  This Heriz has a brick red color field with wonderful “abrash” colors in green, light blue, pink, and yellow designs through the field and border. The central medallion has light blue, pink, red, yellow, and green colors. The corners are pink, blue, and white colors which are very desirable. The border is a navy blue color.

Dimensions:  8’ 7” x 12’
Date of Manufacture:  1st Quarter of the 1900s
Place of Origin:  NW Persia
Material:  wool pile on a cotton foundation
Condition:  Wear consistent with age and use
