Description
6’ 7”x 9’ 9” This beautiful Heriz rug was woven in a village in the Azarbaijan district of NW Persia in the first quarter of the 1900s. It has a few very unique and highly desirable features. First, it is in an allover Tree of Life" design” and second, it has a very rare cream color field, and finally, it is “near square” size. It has geometric designs throughout in wonderful abrash blue, green, pink, yellow, and red. The rug has a navy blue border with geometric designs in abrash green, blue, pink, and yellow colors. The rug is in very good condition with a full pile.
