6’ 9” x 11’ 9” A true masterpiece of village weaving is represented in this rare gallery/corridor size Heriz Serapi rug from the last quarter of the 1800s. The wonderful uncluttered open design and the use of very fine wool and organic vegetable dyes bring out brilliant colors including abrash pale blue, pink, green, and yellow which makes this rug a treasure to be cherished and enjoyed for generations. The central medallion has light blue, pink, red, yellow, and green colors. The border is in navy blue with designs in blue, pink, and yellow.
